Sims 3 Relic Eternity

On the trail of the tiger as Croesus

After a night in Chiang Mai we took the train to Ayutthaya, which is 14 hours by train to 600 km, fortunately we took the express train!
We spent the night in Ayutthaya before taking a train to Pak Chong, eastern. If we're going to Pak Chong, is for the national park of Khao Yai, which is nearby. This park is famous for its many species: wild elephants, snakes, bears, scorpions, hornbills and even tigers. Okay there are less than 10 tigers in the 2000 sq km park, but for other animals, it is common to find them.

We decide to stay in a guest house can arrange tours to the park. A tour of half a day and another full day, we opt for the whole package.

caves to bats

Start 15h, a German couple and one from Canada with us, direction a cave inhabited by bats, nothing exceptional at first glance. It was not counting our two guides trackers animals. After a few minutes they present us with a tarantula.

Then comes the turn of insects that are unknown to us: something all along with lots of long legs and back and a yellow spider-scorpion. Of course we also saw the bat but it is true that other corny they stole the show.

After this first winery we went to the output of another cave with bats, and prohibited from returning, we are here to observe the flight of thousands of specimens. At 17h pétante, it starts to shake, all the bats come and go and after a few minutes is literally a coil that is emerging in the sky. Meanwhile
17h, a guide was happy to bring us a centipede straight out of the forest.

We finish the day at the river where we can swim. Once again the guide shows originality and invited a snake.

After this tour full of surprises we come back to the guest house and met a French couple and two Germans who will tour with us the next day. We spend the evening playing cards.

Stalking

We are ready for a full day to hunt animals in the park of Khao Yai. But above all, stop at a small lookout and the guide took the opportunity to provide us with socks against leeches. The departing we see a monkey in search of food.
While the car ahead of a guide is standing at the back of sorng-taa-or (pick-up arranged) in watching any animal. Soon we stop, the driver spotted a scorpion in the middle of the road. Our guide catches it, the closer we can put it on shoulder reassuring us, this is not fatal.

On the road again, to stop again, this time it's a gibbon that guide sighted. It takes several minutes before we get to the spot. It is a female hanging around with her little belly. It is very hard to see with the naked eye. But everything is provided, a telescope and binoculars are quickly available to us. The guide takes the pictures through the telescope, the class.

few minutes later two hornbills are identified.

We leave for a walk in the jungle. Obviously a beautiful green snake was unearthed on the road. During the ride we have the feeling of déjà vu, we must admit that forests are like those we have traveled to Australia. Obviously it's still beautiful, even if the guide thought he heard the elephants eventually were monkeys (?) And saw a chameleon without being able to show, we enjoyed the mushrooms and the lush vegetation .

After eating we went to swim at the foot of the waterfall. This used in the famous movie "The Beach", where they make a leap of twenty feet. We are in the rainy season of a sudden she does not look exactly like the film, it is much more powerful.

After the break we start looking for larger animals such as the guide would say. It's not Tiger he speaks (he has never seen in five years) but elephants. We've seen photos where the elephants are on the road to eat. Unfortunately it is easier to find in the dry season when their food becomes scarce and they do not hesitate to approach the humans to eat. After two hours of hunting of elephants we return empty-handed but a king cobra appeared in the middle of the road. Really impressive when it rebounded to intimidate our guide. Back at the guest house, despite the lack of an elephant we spent an incredible day to observe exotic animals.

Next step, the South.
